Introducing the ZEV Industry Platform
Collaboration is key to keeping Canada’s Zero-Emission Vehicle supply chain strong.
Accelerate ‘s ZEV Industry Platform is a dedicated space for leaders like you to connect, share insights, and drive innovation. This platform is an exclusive space for ZEV leaders to connect, and tackle industry challenges head-on. No clutter—just direct access to the right people, insights, and opportunities to drive real impact.
This spring, as part of our ConnectZEV initiative, Accelerate ZEV engaged Environics Research to survey over 2000 Canadians to gain insight into their perceptions of our county’s emerging zero-emission vehicle supply chain, including critical mineral and battery development. If we want Canadians to share our vision and enthusiasm for a prosperous and sustainable automotive future, we need to understand how they see this emerging industry and its potential benefits to them and their communities.
The Accelerate ZEV Industry Leaders’ Workshop
Advocacy
Our advocacy efforts amplify Canada’s Mining and processing needs, its battery innovation potential and competitive advantage through strategic engagement and collaboration. We have organized and participated in showcase events that highlight the nation’s leading battery technologies and innovations, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to demonstrate Canadian capabilities on the global stage.
Through targeted webinars, we educate and inform key audiences about emerging opportunities in the ZEV sector and the importance of coordinated action. we bring industry directly to government to engage with elected officials and advance policy priorities that support fare resource trade, battery innovation and the clean energy transition.
We develop and circulate written recommendations to government and industry partners, providing evidence-based guidance on critical policy measures, funding mechanisms, and strategic investments needed to position Canada as a global EV and battery supply chain leader. Together, these advocacy initiatives create momentum for the systemic changes required to build a competitive, integrated Canadian EV ecosystem that drives economic growth and environmental sustainability.
